UE - Setting Pause at end, causes the next sequence to restore the first sequence, why?

Hi, I’m moving my main character using the sequencer, and in order to keep him at the end location of that sequence I pause the sequencer with “Settings pause at end” (keep state was not working, restoring all actors in the sequencer to their initial positions), so now, when I start another sequence, non related to the first and not even moving the main character, causes the main character to go back to the first sequence, at his last translate position and rotation, it teleports him back to the end of the first sequence, why?

Then how to use the sequencer to make main character cinematics, when the next sequence gets into conflict with the previous one?
