UE massacred after Windows Update

Let me start by saying I’ve tried to reinstall all SDKs I’ve could think of, of course clean install of Drivers, reinstalled UE, created completely new project. Now, what’s going of.

When I open my project, new project, any UE 5 project in Editor my PC either completely freezes or go straight to BSOD. Now, getting to that part is matter of luck, because more like than not Launching UE stucks at 0% initialization on first try, follow up launch works, however opening project crashes at various stages (if not, then BSOD/system freeze at the end)

Examining logs it looks relatively random, altho this repeats by far most often:

LogWindows: Failed to load 'aqProf.dll' (GetLastError=126)
LogWindows: File 'aqProf.dll' does not exist
LogProfilingDebugging: Loading WinPixEventRuntime.dll for PIX profiling (from ../../../Engine/Binaries/ThirdParty/Windows/WinPixEventRuntime/x64).
LogWindows: Failed to load 'VtuneApi.dll' (GetLastError=126)
LogWindows: File 'VtuneApi.dll' does not exist
LogWindows: Failed to load 'VtuneApi32e.dll' (GetLastError=126)
LogWindows: File 'VtuneApi32e.dll' does not exist
LogWindows: Started CrashReportClient (pid=49684)
LogWindows: Enabling Tpause support
LogWindows: Custom abort handler registered for crash reporting.
LogInit: Display: Running engine without a game
LogCore: UTS: Unreal Trace Server launched successf

I’ve reinstalled intel’s one api. Didn’t help.

And

A fatal hardware error has occurred. A record describing the condition is contained in the data section of this event.

And I don’t know how to get more information from WHEA logger. If this wouldn’t be preceeded by Windows Updated I would say something in PC just died. However I would like to note that other power hungry software even burn benchmarks/current gen games seems to run stable. Touching UE is however nuclear.

I can no longer on my project and I can’t figure out what happened, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fun fact: One time, somehow, project loaded and did run for a bit and I’ve notice one of the materials was replaced.
