After the migration, the UE Marketplace rating stars have still not been transferred, and this applies to all of my projects.
The project named “Horror Engine SE” has been stuck in the “Live & Update - Draft” status for some reason, and the “Submit for Review” function does not respond when I click the Confirm button. I don’t have this issue with my other projects.
A project named “Untitled listing” has been created, and I am unable to delete it.
Stars have transferred and will be visible on your listing pages when Fab launches.
The team is aware of this issue and working on resolving it. I recommend reaching out to our support team with your product ID (the alphanumeric string in the listing URL) so that they can manually adjust the status.
At the moment, it’s not possible to delete listings - this should be resolved soon.
Thank you @epik_kate@skfabby. I filled out a support form after your guidance, but I didn’t receive any ticket id or an e-mail. I think enough time has passed and I still can’t submit for review, could you please help me.

To give you some context we are aware of this issue, there are some other listings affected, the dev team is working on a fix.
I am still waiting for a response from the support team, but there has been no feedback yet. My listing is still stuck in ‘Update - Draft.’

Additionally, it seems that Fab has launched, but my product, which has 43 stars on the Marketplace, appears to have only 33 stars on Fab.

Hey @skfabby@epik_kate My project is still stuck in ‘Updated - Draft’ status. I’ve been waiting for it to be resolved since October 2. No one is responding, and no one is fixing it. Please help me at this point. My Case Number is 13649140.
Also, the 10 missing stars I mentioned in the Post above haven’t been restored either (though the total has increased over by new reviewers).

Hi @skfabby. I just got this email but the problem still persists. When I click “Submit for Review” a small window opens and then when I click “Confirm” the small window closes and nothing happens.
