UE Marketplace Assets are missing, in this case would they be restored to account or refunded or credited back?

None of my purchased assets are showing in my account after the FAB switch, support email has been unresponsive. I’m on a new computer and no longer have access to the paid assets, has anyone had a similar issue and been able to have their assets restored? I also saw posts saying not all assets are on the store, in those cases were you refunded or credited?
