I am an absolute newbee and just installed UE4. I have a german windows 10 which apparently defaults the editor language to german. Not that I would see any entry in german, it is all in perfect english, which is fine with me.
But when I go to Help - Documentation, which I consider a pretty natural step as a beginner, I am redirected to a 404 page.

Not a good start.
After changing the language to english I get to the correct pages.
As an experienced developer, I tried to find a contact or bug tracking tool, is there one for the none-enterprise user?
