Hello dear people,
I am new to use Unreal Engine, I followed all step from source to install Unreal engine on my device starting from cloning from github up to the last make step everything went very well without any problems. I could also launch the Editor from the linux terminal without any problem but when I want to create a new project or even when I pull or resize the editor interface/window my whole OS freeze and I can’t do anything. The only one way out was rebooting the laptop manually and this happens every time so until now I couldn’t use the UE to make any project .
Information about my laptop:
Ubuntu linux version 20.04LTS
CPU: intel i7 10th gen
GPU: rtx 2060
RAM: 16G
UE4 version: 4.26.1
I also tried to use openGL but it still freeze.
