UE-85908 "Restore Open Assets Tabs on Restart" Doesn't Reopen Asset Tabs

Asset tabs don’t reopen anymore upon closing and opening the editor.
The question that asks to do this doesn’t show up anymore and I don’t remember toggling the check box
to not show up.
Also enabling it in the Editor Preferences doesn’t do anything.

I can confirm this issue too. Pretty annoying.
