UE 5 crashes on launch “Assertion failed: ”

I was using UE5 fine the day before and now when ever i try to open it it crashes and says this

Hey there @jacob5252525! Welcome to the community! It looks like the engine is missing the DLL file libogg_64.dll or is unable to access it. If possible, could you take a look in the file location to verify if the DLL is in the listed location? If not, a reinstallation may be in order.
