Thank you.

Commenting bc Ive got the same problem. Hoping this gets boosted

I want to ask is anyone else experiencing 5.7.3 VR Preview issues?
For me it slows down dramatically when i activate VR Preview a second time.
This issue is still around using SteamVR latest Beta drivers and updating to UE5.7.3

After updating to 5.7.3, this issue has started to impact me. I do not remember if I encountered this issue in 5.7.2, but it does not occur at all in 5.5.4. (5.6 was not tested due to other issues with Lumen in VR)
It seems to occur for me with a Meta HMD wireless streaming through Steam Link 2.0.20.1812 to SteamVR 2.14.5 when SteamVR is set as the OpenXR runtime.
It does not occur when streaming through Meta Air Link 85.0.0.232.552 with Meta Link set as the OpenXR runtime.
The first time hitting “Play this level in VR” results in ~40FPS in a Lumen+MegaLights project or reaches my headset refresh rate in a forward shaded project.
Any time using that button after stopping the VR preview the first time results in ~12 FPS in a Lumen+MegaLights project, ~20 FPS in a forward shaded project, or it just doesn’t start.
Opening the SteamVR dashboard when the issue is occurring causes the frame rate to return to normal, but the rendering plane does not follow the HMD tracking. Closing the dashboard causes the frame rate issue to return but the rendering plane follows the headset tracking again.
