UE 5.7.2 - Camera rail moves under static camera

I have a fairly simple Camera Rail, Cine Camera parented to it. When controlling the “Position on Rail” parameter, camera stays static and the rig moves under it. There are no other keyframes.

Any idea why? Thanks!
