It goes forever until i cancel the cook, any idea on what causes this?

For which platform ?

PS5.

But i think i managed to fix it by disabling Multi-cook process. Now it’s giving me another kind of error at the Packaging phase, still ZenServer errors i think

I haven’t tried for consoles before but most likely the loop in packaging is most likely for not accepting licensing terms or so under respective platform section

Now the only error i get is
LogInit: Display: LogStorageServerPlatformFile: Error: Failed to Deserialize ue.projectstore!'

Which i think is related to Zen

If so try this method Unreal 5.4 crash/will not start "Unreal Zen Storage Server failed to launch" - #10 by AndyMiira

I have zenserver always running at boot, so that is not a problem.
The log during cook states:

The lines that are weird are:
LogStorageServerPlatformFile: Display: Found 'F:/ProjectW/Saved/Cooked/PS5/ue.projectstore'
LogStorageServerPlatformFile: Error: Failed to Deserialize ue.projectstore!'
LogCook: Display: Found 0 cooked package(s) in package store.

Maybe because it cannot deserialize the projectstore it doesn’t find already cooked stuff?
Man i’d love to take advantage of Zen streaming but this has been a PITA
