UE 5.5.1 glitches when searching the menu in blueprint editor!

I started game development recently and I saw that UE5 lagged a lot even though I have a good enough pc (7900 gre, 32 gigs ram, r7 7700). I solved the lag in the viewport and in UE5 in general, but for some reason whenever I go to the blueprint editor and search for something (like adding a statemachine) it starts lagging immensly. When I close the menu it goes away.

Also, surprisingly when I start to screen record the lag goes away. My gpu ramps up (fans start spinning fast) when I start recording, but when I stop recording the problem comes back, as my gpu relaxes back. That’s why I had to record with my phone to capture that.
Is it because of my gpu downclocking when in blueprint editor that’s causing the issue? And when I start recording it boosts clock speeds and makes it fluid? I even set a fixed framerate of 120hz in the general settings of the project so that my gpu targets higher clock speeds. But it still didn’t fix the issue.

I’m totally confused at this point. If it was once in a while then I’d have ignored but it’s every time.
