Summary
Animation of tree leaves looks like slow motion. Only in this UE 5.4 version. What could be the reason?

Steps to Reproduce
- I have Tropical Jungle Pack 4.27 in a UE 5.4 project, (but it affects almost every tree I have tested. Grass does not move at all)
Expected Result
The animation of the branches and leaves should move normally.
Observed Result

My several successfully upgraded project behave like this, only in UE 5.4.
I would update in UE 5.5 because OK, but this version has a bigger water plugin issue.
