UE 5.4 - Has Pixel Animation - Not Working?

I’m new here and don’t know if this is the right place for the question, but I’ll give this a shot.
I recently upgraded to UE 5.4 after finding out about the new “Has Pixel Animation” option on the Sprite Material. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work for me. I still see ghosting with TSR and the option enabled. Would anyone be able to tell me what’s wrong?

I have a 2D Sprite Flipbook, which I dragged into the scene. After doing so, I enabled the “Has Pixel Animation” option inside the ‘MaskedUnlitSpriteMaterial’. After saving the change and going back to the editor, I don’t see a change at all. Ghosting is still happening the same as it was before. Is there something I’m not taking into account?

Unfortunately, with Anti Aliasing set to FXAA, my 2D animation looks more pixelated and with no AA, it’s extremely pixelated. TSR creates a pretty sharp and smooth replica of what I see in my animation software, however it does cause the ghosting issue.

Would appreciate if anyone could help me with this or at least point me in the right direction.
