Ue 5.4 Control Rig Lag in Face Rig

Hi Everybody, Iam using mocap material in combination with a modular control rig. My character has 2D eyes that are floating a bit in front of the face (had to make that choice since the model is based one a 2 character) It works well until there is to much movement in the head area and then the Eyes keep disappearing into the head.
Its seems like the Face-bones are lagging behind the rest of the Rig!
Does anyone have experienced this before and know how i can fix it?
