I am trying to use “Cloner” from the experimental Motion Design plugin in my UE project. I am using Cloner in conjunction with Effector. I am using an .FBX mesh as a layout for my cloner to spawn meshes. The layout mesh consists of separate polygons that float in the air (like the horizontal surfaces of a staircase). I used an effector to move the cloned element upwards like growing spikes. As I said above, I can’t see the cloner in the cinematic.
Did you ever figure it out or found a work-around? I have the same issue. My Cloners do not show up in renders, and they don’t show up in simulation mode either. Even with default cloner (cubes) nothings renders. If I take the mesh out of the cloner, the mesh renders.
