UE 5.3 VR template build failed

I have retried to package UE 5.3 VR template as it is given without changing anything. The packaging failed by showing this error “build failed” with “unknown error”.
I reopened the UE 5.3 as administrator and packaged the VR template. The same result.
I delered Saved and Intermediate folder. I still got the same result.
