Packaging Android in 5.3 takes too long even the scene is empty
I’m using 5.3 and I didn’t have this issue. I guess this is very specific your system or setup. People would be interested in seeing logs in order to see what’s happening.

Try to package the empty scene (make it the default map and in the package add map), coz it seems something with Landscapes. That should help you, to intercept that long packaging issue.

Hi, yes. I just install unreal engine in new pc, then install appropriate version of android studio and the required sdk, ndk, jre. then it works

I am having this issue in 5.4 if I solve it I will post a video here to fix it.
I don’t know what is happening with OpenGL ES3.2 in Unreal Engine 5.4, but anyone who wants to temporarily disable it to test or compile without it and then follow the image.
Remembering that it will work with support for Vulkan!
Note: Not all cell phones support Vulkan
I have the same issue it seems UE is dumping shaders with platform + long description names. So you can simply type in this command r.DumpShaderDebugShortNames 1 and now you are able to package your project.
