UE 5.2 Variant set properties - merged static meshes

Hi all, I was looking at the product configurator guitar template and had a question on the variant set properties. On the Body shape variant set it appears that the manager is calling the “body” actor which appears to be 1 of 3 different body types. Each type looks like it’s composed of a few different merged static meshes. I was wondering how is it possible for the properties to called that static mesh composed of all the merged static meshes? I’m working on a project and trying to achieve the same result but I cannot figure out how to add “static mesh component / static mesh” to the properties.
