UE 5.2 Shipping doesnt work. Need help with plugin.

Hello,

I am about to ship a project in UE5 but i get this error: UATHelper: Packaging (Windows): Unable to find plugin 'TwinmotionToUnrealContent

I have activated all plugins according to the documentation so what is the problem here?
