UE 5.1 Updating teams local copies without Source Control?

We are a team of 4 with 5 computers. Currently using VPN to connect to a “Server” PC we setup. We can connect to the server and do everything with no issues, my question here is: is there a way the 4 of us can update our local copies of the project on our PC’s to what is on the server? I feel like I am missing something because even when connecting the “Server” PC to itself, before it connects the project is still an older version then what it is connecting to. I am not looking to update in real time I am just looking for an option to update our local copies maybe once or twice a week just so they aren’t so far behind.
