UE 5.0.3 is crashing even with the default scene

I can’t upgrade to UE 5.1 because I am working on a marketplace product and I don’t want to lose the compatibility for 5.0.
It was working fine with UE 5.0.3. I used to work on heavy projects, but suddenly it started crashing with a D3D device loss error.
I am already using TDR values on 240. And it worked fine with no issues until now. I also tried adjusting it again, but the result is the same now.
I also checked memory isn’t the problem.
the problem that I noticed is the unreal engine is using GPU 100% even with an empty scene.

I am not sure of the exact cause but I think the problem started when upgraded the drivers.
I use Studio Drivers for stability. And I did the clean install.
