UE5 crashing when play button pushed. When I go to project settings and try to type in ‘motion,’ before I get the letter ‘t’ typed in, it crashes. When I attempt to render a video, it’s crashing. This just started last night, same project, changed nothing, it’s just continuously crashing.
Are the working on this, or what’s up?

A few questions:
- Do you have any error logs you can share?
- Did this start occurring when you updated to 5.0.3?
- have you verified your UE5 install by going to the dropdown menu on UE5 in the Epic Games Launcher and selecting verify?

I’m afraid that after 12 straight hours of attempting to solve the issue, I have deleted the entire file. I was more than a little frustrated. What I can tell you is that yes, it did start after the update to 5.0.3, and that I did indeed verify the install.
Each time it did crash after my many attempts, I did send the error report, so they should be in your possession.
