UE 4 cant load project settings

For some reason I’m not able to change project settings. When I go to make any changes I see all fields disabled and message theese settings are saved in DefaultGame.ini I checked and this file doe exist in both Config/ and Saved/Config/Linux folders and have all permissions. How to fix this?

Try Disabling your Source Control settings. I had the GIt setup and after i Disabled it it worked.
