The color picker closes unexpectedly when adjusting values.
It’s a bug remanent from 4.6 I see, it’s been corrected a few times but it reappears in this version.
Hey Ryokath,
Would you mind elaborating on what you are doing when adjusting values?
- Are you entering a hex code manually?
- Are you entering the individual values for the RGBA channels using numbers or the sliders?
- Are you attempting to use the eyedropper tool to select a color from the scene?
Once we narrow down which action(s) are causing this issue to occur, we can move forward with the bug reporting process. If you have any other questions or comments please let me know.
Thank you,
Hello, this bug only occurs when I try to select the color by adjusting sliders and select a color on the gradiant circle on a SlateColor variable’s default value in the blueprint graph editor.
Adjusting by typing hex code or use the eyedropper tool works perfectly fine.
This bug is not occuring when I try to change for example button color from a widget blueprint directly into the Designer.
Sorry for bad english, it’s not my native language.
Hello Ryokath,
I have tried to reproduce this bug by creating a Make SlateColor node inside of the Level blueprint. I opened up the color next to the specified color. I dragged both sliders and selected different values in the Color wheel.
I do not see a close.
1.) Can you link me your DxDiag (Computer Specs) ?
2.) If the above mentioned is not how you are changing the color, can you provide steps so that I can test on my end?
Thank you,
