UE 4.3 change default map result in bad config file

bad config file generated after starting new project then changing the default map in project settings.
settings are duplicated
the config file is attachedlink text

Thank you for your report. I am looking into the config file, but I am not sure that I understand what you are saying is not behaving properly. I was able to test changing the default map in 4.3, but was unable to create an error. Could you provide me with reproduction steps? Any additional information about the issue may help.
