UE 4.27 won't let me package my project

Hi,
Unreal (4.27.2) won’t let me package my project.
Every time i click on the package button it just opens this URL in my browser: Sharing and Releasing Projects | Unreal Engine 4.27 Documentation | Epic Developer Community , but won’t actually package my project. Am I missing something?

Apparently the issue was Rider.
Visual Studio (any version) needs to be set as source code editor in the editor settings, otherwise Unreal won’t package the project.
