[UE 4.27 or 5.0] Builder Module? Needed? Levels

I was wondering on the builder module people use. Does everyone start a new project and just import the assets needed? Or do people make a huge project that has tons of assets ready to go?

For example, it seems like if I am using a number of plants, meshes for walls and stuff, and so on, that I would keep them all in a project so I don’t have to wait on those long downloads. In fact, the project I use to build different is very large, 144gb. I have a good collection of trees, bushes, materials, megascans, some blueprints, and sets of buildings…

As a newer bulder, I am not sure - is this a good practice? My builder module opens fast, and I figure if I need to take a level to its own prject, I can just migrate it and it will take all the right files needed as well, is this correct?

Sorry for noob question, about 15 hours in the engine toolset and I am almost getting there on a forest ruins.
