UE 4.27 and Live Link Cam streaming issues

Hello,
I have recently started using my Iphone 6s (2020) and Iphone8 as Virtual Cameras, both in UE 4.27 and Maya 2020.

Both devices work perfectly in Maya ( using VirtuApp for Ios ) but unfortunately the same can’t be said for UE 4.27.

In UE, the feed streamed to both devices lag and stutter despite a frame rate that sits between 60 and 90fps, even with a completely blank scene. The tracking seems to be ok if seen through Unreal’s viewport, but things are not running as smoothly on the device’s screen, making impossible to use it for professional purposes.

I have followed the online documentation step by step, successfully pairing and connecting both devices, but the streaming quality is just awful.

As said above, things in Maya run perfectly which makes me think it could be an optimization issue on UE’s side.

Did anyone else experienced the same? Are things running better using different type of trackers?
