Still moving madly… And after rendring. there lots of error boxes come out. My setting is change Advanced Options (120000fps->60fps)
It works a little but not perfectly… Any help?

I am losing my mind to find a solution to this, it has never been asked anywhere before, how can I make the cloth simulation work in movie render queue? When I render it shows them stiff piece of actors, no simulation works.
They only true way to fix this atm is to bake the simulation. The cloth goes haywire when the shutter is closed.
Do you guys know if this has been fixed in 5.4?
do you mean baking it with the take recorder? I have been trying but no luck, it bakes the character movement and everything except the cloth simulation… I tried the cloth caching thing but I couldn’t make it work
The reason why Motion Blur to 1 and/or Spatial only samples “fixes” this is because it freaks out when the shutter is closed.
yeah that’s exactly what I did and no luck, the cloth caching track in the sequencer is empty when it finishes recording, not sure what’s wrong
After testing different possible solutions, I decided to just go with spatial samples in my render settings in MRQ. The difference of quality on the motion blur and DOF is almost unnoticeable, at least for the shots I am working on. This has been a huge headache, not sure why epic is not fixing this since it has breen broken since 4.26. I also tried baking the cache of my cloth to be able to use temporal samples in my render but the Chaos Cache plugin is super buggy. Anyway, I used 1 temporal sample and 32 spatial samples for my 4K render and it worked fine, so that’s the way to go until they decide to fix this. One day Epic may give us a fully stable version of UE… hopefully.
