UE 4.2 Editor freezes when I press build

Hello
Every time I press in the editor to build, the editor freezes indefinitely. There is a simple imported FBX file.
Even with a clear scene it still freezes.

The message box says: build status, starting up swarm connection…(100%)
Build Progress bar is completely orange, and freeze.

This is a fresh 4.2 installation, that have no problem to run the downloaded preview content

Please advise, out team just started to evaluate UNREAL engine for a new project.
