UE 4.10.4 dependencies download error

I’m trying to download the source code of unreal engine 4.10.4 to build in visual studio.

According to the instructions, I try to run the setup.but file, but the console gives an error:
Checking dependencies (excluding Mac, Android, Linux)…
Updating dependencies: 0% (0/22503)…
Failed to download ‘http://cdn.unrealengine.com/dependencies/2641797-
79a5af4419414bd1af098301c8bac322/02e3996085d4a6eadcc0403adb002e453626ad38’: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. (WebException)

With what it can be connected?
With UE5 version everything works fine

It looks like there might a issue on the server side.

I suggest reaching out to Epic and creating a Report ticket about the bug.

It is possible that an update to the server side is causing issues with accessing this specific version of Unreal Engine externally.
