UE-107204 - StaticMeshEditor crash workaround

Probably I’m not the only one to have found this.

WORKAROUND:

window > load layout > select Default Editor Layout to regen your DefaultLayout.ini

Seems bulletproof as an interim fix until 4.27

Not so much a bug as a workaround for a bug, but thank you Marianna, I will bear the bug reporting structure in mind.
