UDK replication now messy?

So whenever a repnotify variable gets replicated it takes a lot of time to do so, it’s happening both in ue4 and udk perhaps micfrosoft changed the libraries for the replication? also the ports are now blocked you can’t do UDK not even with hamachi, anybody is aware of any changes? thanks in advance

I’m not seeing what you describe. Seems to be working as expected for me currently.
