UDIM textures wavy and strange in Unreal Engine

I attempted to load UDIM textures to Unreal Engine using Virtual Textures.
I have used this model in 3ds Max and VRAY without issues, there is no waviness. I textured this in Substance Painter.

But when I load this the textures are not perfect as you can see. Quite strange really, I would say.

I accept that my UVs are not perfect but do they really need to be for this type of model?
