I am sitting here with UDIMS in unreal and seem to get uv warp when a udim is higher then 1004 or 1034 (4x4 udims) all over that seems to get warping in the uvs when imported to Unreal. Is this right or am i doing something wrong?
This looks like an overlapping geo to me.
What does your UVs look like ?

I have no overlapping UVs. I solves this by having my udims moved to 4x4 grid. It was okay solution so far since i had my textures in different sets. But i would also had liked to test just to use the fuld udim set on all shaders so i only had 1 VT texture per assets.
