Having this issue when trying to build and can’t find anything online about how to solve it! Maybe something misconfigured? Trying to build from source

Nvm this solved my issue:

Step 1: Modify BuildConfiguration.xml

  1. Navigate to your global Unreal Build Tool configuration folder:

    • Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Unreal Engine\UnrealBuildTool\

    • (Alternatively, you can edit the engine-specific one located in [UE5_Engine_Root]/Engine/Programs/UnrealBuildTool/BuildConfiguration.xml)

  2. Open BuildConfiguration.xml in a text editor.

  3. Update or add the <BuildConfiguration> tags to limit the max processor count. Given your 6-core/12-thread CPU and 64GB of RAM, limiting it to 4 to 6 parallel actions is the sweet spot for heavy PCH steps:
