UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): Waiting for child processes to complete (0/1)

My project has suddenly started taking many hours to build, after making only minor changes to a spline mesh.(nothing else)
It previously took no longer than 15 minutes to build/package.

The log looks normal except for hundreds of lines of:

UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): Waiting for child processes to complete (0/1)

What is the child process and how do I kill it?

Issue solved. The spline mesh I edited was a large road, spanning most of the map. It was mistakenly writing the whole road to the generated RVT landscape textures, which was causing phenomenally long build times. Oops.
