Two successive installers

Guys if I send someone two separately cooked and packaged maps (so two separate installers) would they both function as intended?

Has anyone tried this, as I really need to ship two separate maps for testing ASAP (like a couple of weeks ago) and can’t get a menu system working, would this (although a bit drastic) way work?

I’d appreciate your help.

Just to add to that, apparently even though 2 separate installers install in their own sub directory they won’t give you any control over which map they load, so in my case the first map (installer) you open will be the only one that runs as the additional installer doesn’t refresh.
