When I launch the game the menu follows the mouse with the same menu on the bottom. The mouse is in the top left hand corner.
Mouse is on the bottom right hand corner
If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. The Version is 12.5.

I have a few questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.
Quick questions:
- Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project?
- If so, could you provide a detailed list of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
- Could you provide screen shots of any blueprints/widgets that may be involved with this issue?
- Could you elaborate on what exactly is happening and as to how this is at an inverse to what it is you are expecting?

Thank you for the information provided. However, I will need you to answer the first two questions that I listed in my original post. As a quick suggestion, could you check to insure that you have not over wrote you default cursor. This can be found in Project Settings > User Interface > Default Cursor. I have provided a screen shot below for more info.
