Two actors are spawning in one spawn event?

I program some actors to spawn in games but, in one spawn event two actors are spawning rather than. I check everything but I didn’t found the problem. Please help me.

We can’t check it if you don’t show it.

It depend if you have multiplayer players, or if you have a dedicated server, this event might be firing for every clients and causing double fire event.
Try to play in single player mode with no dedicated server.
