I have not found a fix, I do know some people have worked around the issue by totally disabling the pregame and making their own pregame after round start.
What is annoy is some islands do not seem to suffer the issue and im not sure why, it seems to be islands EPIC are promoting are fine, everything else not.
I will try what you suggest shortly, I’m more hoping the issue is addresses in the next patch.
