Twitch Friendly Game

Hi all
How do i make my game twitch friendly, as it was said to me. I know it has something to do with not needing the main game window as up front. but i can’t find any solution. My game is a VR game if thats any help.

Or at least keep a VR Game playing in a no focused window?
