The work was completed in 2021.1, but it is no longer held in 2022 and 2021. Help me.

Hello ,
Thank you for posting in the community and for providing the details to the issue. I tried to open the file in 2021.1.4 and 2022.1.2 and got the same corruption error. It seems somehow the file you were working on did not get saved completely or got corrupted last time it was worked on.
I tried to also merge the contents into a new file and got the same error. At this time I am not sure we can do anything to help recover the file since there seems to be corrupted elements and I recommend you try and find a previous version of this scene so you can open it. I also recommend you turn on auto-save so you can have records of your project if this happens in the future again.
Kind regards,
Vincent B.
Good afternoon. Had the same problem with an error (Fatal error: [File:Unknown] [Line: 198] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG')). Error with files (Twinmotion_Win64_Shipping). This happens when the image is rendered. The form of errors in most cases is spantane. It can immediately give an error before starting the render, or maybe during the render, when the process has started. There are no errors while working with scenes. There were cases when the render was completed, but the next run of the render scene gave an error. As a result of many attempts, I found a pattern. A stable process occurs with a decrease in image quality from 4K to 2K. Despite the fact that in 4K the previous project, which was heavier, rendered without problems, the current project, despite its lightness, gives an error in 4K resolution. As a result, the problem may be a large number of model polygons or a problem with video card drivers, DirectX, Microsoft Visual C ++, I think. So far, downgrading the image quality from 4K to 2K has helped.
This is a problem that occurs when the necessary part of the existing work file is saved under a different name(Save as) and other files do not open.
The original file can be opened and saved, but this problem occurs when saved under a different name(Save as).
There's nothing wrong with saving it under a different name(Save as)?
Hello ,
Thank you for the follow-up and sorry to hear about the troubles. I am not sure what could be causing this and we would need to investigate further why you are having issues when using the save as command and not able to open those files. Would you be able to contact us and report a bug/crash: https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page
Kind regards,

Hello ,
Thank you for posting in the community and sorry to hear about the troubles. It seems like the issue could be that your GPU is not performing well enough for the scene you have created and recommend you contact us directly to further investigate.
Please take a look at the articles referenced below with similar errors. Also check the system requirements to make sure the hardware is compatible. You can try setting the quality to LOW before exporting as that might help and you can try to reinstall the UE4Prerequisite found here: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Twinmotion202X.X\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us and run UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe
Here is the link for Contact us if the issue is still occurring:
