Hello everyone,
I have been unable to open Twinmotion from within Revit for over a year now, starting with Revit 2025 and continuing with Revit 2026. I had no issues using TM with earlier versions of Revit.
Now, whenever I try to open a file, I receive a Bugsplat error. The last time I attempted to use the “Open in TM” button, it was greyed out.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both applications but the issue persists.
Interestingly, a friend with the same hardware and software setup, who is on the same network, can open Twinmotion without any problems.
Please help! I have been forced to use CHAOS Enscape until this issue is resolved.
Here are my system specifications:
- Latest versions of Twinmotion and Revit installed
- 13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-13700K 3.40 GHz (64-bit)
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 18GB
- 32GB RAM
- Windows 11 Pro with all updates installed
