Twinmotion texture maps/deeper normals

When looking at the materials room preset file for Twinmotion there is an amazing pebble texture which almost appears to have a displacement map on it.

When i try to create my own materials with their own normal maps i get a far flatter result. I have even copied all of the maps from their own pebble material and made my own from scratch with all of the same settings without achieving the same result.

Is there some back end way that Twinmotion is creating deeper normal maps for their own textures but not allowing users to create their own? Example Attached.
