twinmotion section cube not working anymore

Hi. anyone experience this? i can’t find any info in youtube n google. my section cube is working well initially. However, it suddenly went not functioning. I reloaded my sofware again, yet still it’s not working. i drag the cube over to my model, it used to have a dark shaded square. but now, it’s just an empty 4 sided cube. n it does nothing.

I would advise you to ask this question on their forum, although there are also few people reading messages there, but support responds quickly enough and almost always. You can log in through your Epic Games account.
