Twinmotion, same material on different objects give different looks

I’ve got a little problem when i apply materials to surfaces on twinmotion,
I made a sketchupmodel of a schoolproject where you have mirrored houses, when i import it into twinmotion the faces with the same materials applied have a different look, no matter what i try, it stays this way.

Could anyone have any idea how this could be solved?

You’ve probably solved this already (if so, please tell me the solution), and I don’t know if SketchUp has a similar thing but in normal 3D programs it’s all related to the UVs.

UVs need to be of the same or similar size for the material to not vary too much.
