TWINMOTION REVIT FILE LOAD THRU DIRECT LINK OR THRU DATASMITH FILE NOT VISIBLE IN SCENE.

The file loads after a very long time. I can see all the objects listed in the Scene Graph, but I cannot see any objects in the scene. I have been trying everything for five days now, no luck. The file is only 380mb, I have loaded another file which is 880mb but that was an archicad file. I also loaded another revit file which is 264mb and that worked fine. Does Twinmotion have a size file limit for Revit? By the way it is Revit 2022 and Twinmotion EDU 2022.2.

Please I will appreciate any help here.

Hello Aephysis and thank you for reaching out.

The first thing that comes to mind, is that perhaps your assets are way out and away from the center point.

Have you tried to select the object in the scene graph and hit "F" (Focus) sometime it's just that your assets are way out.

The other thing could be the faces, sometimes faces can be flipped and if the material in TM is not double-sided, the asset will see through.

If none of the options above fixes the issue, would you please be able to use the "Contact Us" to report a bug.

Please make sure that you share your file (Revit)

So that we analyze it and confirm if there's a bug there.

Hello MC

I have been trying to reply to you for a few days now, but every time I clicked login to answer. after being logged in, this page is not reloaded so I couldn't really give you any update for suggestion. You were spot on on your reply. All i needed to do was to chose the elements in the scene and press f to focus the elements within the viewport. My model was located underneath the starting ground so I couldn't see it at all.

But some other problems have now surfaced. How do I avoid seeing the starting ground in the floors below ground of my building?
