Hi ,
I'm not familiar with how Enscape works, so I cannot comment on how rendering functions in there, but it does appear that there are weather effects and lighting settings applied in Enscape, as well as vegetation and foliage on a terrain present that may contribute to the difference in visuals, for the exterior scene. For the weather, there are settings and slider in Twinmotion you can adjust to adjust weather, and you can apply different backdrops from the Library for a static HDRI backdrop with unique lighting. For vegetation, you can add a landscape from the library and insert vegetation onto it manually or using one of the vegetation painting or scattering tools.
For the interiors, it seems like the sun offset is different in Enscape and Twinmotion based on the angle of the lighting. You can adjust this like you would other weather settings to get a more similar lighting feel. There are also lighting settings like, exposure, shadowing, and global illumination you may want to adjust.
Additionally, if you have a graphics card capable of using Path Tracer, that can help you get photo-realistic lighting, without needing to make many adjustments at all to achieve a realistic effect.
Twinmotion should offer all the necessary tools to make adjustments to tune the visuals to your liking.
Best,
Raghib
